How to Order

Customised cakes are made to order, one at a time, at the branch nearest you.

1. Pick a design

   Browse the customised cakes catalogue — every design there shows its price. You can also send us a photo of a cake you like and we will work from that.

2. Message your nearest branch

   Send us a message on Facebook, or drop by the counter. Each branch takes its own orders, so message the one you will collect from.

3. Tell us the details

   The more you send in the first message, the faster we can confirm:

   • The cake design you want (name it from the catalogue, or attach a photo)
   • The date you need it
   • The greeting to write on it — name, age, or message
   • Any colours or theme you have in mind
   • Which branch you will collect from

4. We confirm before we bake

   We will message you back to confirm the price and the date your cake will be ready. Deposit, payment, and delivery are arranged in the same conversation.

Customised cakes need a few days’ notice. Our regular cakes, bread, and coffee are at the counter daily with no advance order — see the Cakes & Café menu.
